Cuba TIES V

Internationalization, Culture and Identity

WE STAND FIRM

Despite changes to travel to Cuba made by the US Department of Treasury on June 5, 2019, our commitment to building sustainable partnerships based on mutual respect and benefit continues. US educators and students can still travel and participate in educational programs, professional and academic workshops even under the new OFAC rules. For complete details on the new Cuba Assets Control Rules, visit https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/OFAC-Enforcement/Pages/20190604.aspx.

In response to the confusion created by the mainstream media, we are maintaining our early bird pricing through the final registration deadline. Additionally, we are accepting abstract proposals on a rolling basis until September 1. General registration will remain open until September 10, 2019.
