EMAIL PASSPORT
We need a color copy of your valid passport. The copy must include your full data and signature page. Click to the right to view an example of an acceptable copy. Email your passport to GoAbroad@CivitasGES.com

Don’t have a scanner? Take a photo of your passport with your smartphone and text it securely to our main office line 323.909.2330. Be sure the passport is flat when you take your picture.

Once your payment is confirmed, we will start sending you information to prepare for your experience. Be on the look out for:
  • Your Visa, if applicable
  • Flight Itinerary
  • Our Cuba Travel Preparation Guide (For Programs in Cuba)

Be sure to keep an eye out for emails from us with updates and additional information as we get closer to the beginning of the experience.
