OUR COMMUNITY

An organization does not effect change on its own. It takes an entire community — on and off campus — to create bridges to foster understanding and build mutual respect. These are some of the principal partners of our community.

On Campus

Universidad De Cienfuegos
University of Cienfuegos

La Universidad de Cienfuegos leads the way in fostering collaborative international education in the Cuban provinces by extending the hand of friendship to international partners including US institutions. UCf has more than 150 agreements with over 50 countries with a dozen active memorandums of understanding with higher education institutions in the US.

However, the University of Cienfuegos is not alone. We partner with all of the Cuban universities under the Ministry of Higher Education. The following is a short list of our more active partners.

Off Campus

Cuban universities recognize that developing the community does not end with the formation of students on campus alone. Development comes from working together with other members and organizations within the community to affect change. We have taken that lesson to heart. These are some of the principal organizations and private businesses that work with us to build the one community.
