Day 1 Fly to Cabo San Lucas

  • Overview of the University and its Faculties
  • Introduction to the Faculty Leaders for the Program
  • Overview of the Program and Agenda
  • Survey of the History of Mexico led by UGC History Professor
  • Campus Tour
  • Group Lunch with UGC faculty leaders and office of international relations
  • Tour of Cabo San Lucas

  • Workshop: Cooking of Baja California and Jalisco
