Day 1 Fly to Cabo San Lucas
 
  • Arrival in Cabo San Lucas, Transfer to Hotel

Day 2 Cabo San Lucas
 
  • Welcome to the Universidad del Golfo De Mexico
  • Overview of the University and its Faculties
  • Introduction to the Faculty Leaders for the Program
  • Overview of the Program and Agenda
  • Survey of the History of Mexico led by UGC History Professor
  • Campus Tour
  • Group Lunch with UGC faculty leaders and office of international relations
  • Tour of Cabo San Lucas

Day 3 Cabo San Lucas
 
  • Workshop: Cooking of Baja California and Jalisco
  • Cultural Activity

Day 4 Cabo San Lucas
 
  • Workshop: Cooking of Puebla and Mexico State

Many of the activities will be in Spanish, but English translators/ interpreters will be on hand.

*Cabo San Lucas is known for its attractive venues for music, entertainment and ecotourism. Once we are on the ground, we’ll provide you with information about evening options for entertainment.
